Philadelphia Area Network is calling for volunteers to serve on its various committees. Volunteering provides you with opportunities to lead, learn, and guide the APICS body of knowledge. It's also a great way to network with your peers and earn points toward your certification maintenance. A variety of volunteer positions are available and they can be tailored to work within whatever time commitment you are willing to make.

Volunteer activities include:

• Managing the chapter e-newsletter using Constant Contact (create, edit, distribute)
• Managing the chapter LinkedIn group discussion page
• Marketing the chapter's products and services
• Maintaining the chapter membership contact lists.
• Providing support for monthly Professional Development Meetings (registration, preparation, etc.)
• Recruiting and welcoming new members
