Jeff Thell, CPIM, CSCP

Jeff has over 15 years of supply chain and operations management experience in industries ranging from custom machine manufacturing to advertising. As Director of Quality Improvement and Planning for Yell Adworks, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Yell Group Ltd, Jeff is responsible for sales and operations planning, continuous improvement (Lean, 6-Sigma), business intelligence, quality and operations training for Adworks facilities based in the US, India and Philippines. Jeff is also a recognized expert in master planning, demand/supply management, procurement, project management, warehousing and logistics and ERP implementation.

Jeff holds a B.S. in Business Administration and has been active with APICS since his CPIM certification in 1997. He also attained the CSCP designation in 2009. Jeff serves the PAN-APICS chapter as a member of the education team in the development of new learning programs in addition to leading classroom instruction.
