This courseware provides participants with a comprehensive overview of inventory control. Each of these modules can be presented/facilitated in a four-hour period and is ideal for company seminars and workshops with continuous improvement as a goal.

Distribution Inventory Management
This workshop focuses on the distribution network model and its objectives, activities, and distribution inventory management decisions and includes interactive exercises to present the fundamental concepts associated with the distribution environment.

This workshop examines how to effectively use a materials requirements planning (MRP) system. Participants will develop an understanding of how bills of material are structured and how MRP calculates requirements.
