CPIM PUBLIC WORKSHOPS
  1. Locations: The CPIM Certification Team has selected locations to provide you with convenience and a quality educational experience. Our classes are held at various hotels and companies in Montgomery County. If your company is interested in providing a site for upcoming classes, contact the CPIM Team Leader to see what is involved. Sponsoring a site for public workshops can provide your employees with reduced travel and help support our chapter's education program.
  2. CPIM Certification Program: There are five modules in total and the candidate for CPIM Certification will have to successfully complete all five exams before becoming CPIM Certified. The Certification Team of PAN-APICS will be offering the five modules, one at a time, over an 18-month period. BSCM will be first, followed by MPR, DSP, ECO, and finishing with SMR. PAN-APICS refers to the full series of modules as a campaign.
  3. Hours/CM Points: All courses are 30 hours and 30 Certification Maintenance points.
  4. Time: All sessions are held from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Campaigns are typically run on Monday and Thursday nights and will keep to the same evenings throughout the campaign. See the schedule for specific dates.
  5. CPIM Receives ACE Accreditation: You can now earn college credit for passing CPIM examinations. CPIM examinations have received recommendations for credit by both the American Council on Education (ACE) and the New York State Board of Regents. These credit recommendations are intended to guide participating institutions in granting college credit to students who pass CPIM exams.

NOTE: Each full-set of five modules (a campaign) may overlap the preceding campaign.

CERTIFICATION INVESTMENT: Each workshop costs $950 and is 10 sessions long, 3 hours per session (30 hours total). This is equivalent to an intensive 5-day workshop. Participant workbooks are included.

A PAN-APICS Member Exclusive Bonus
We are including a voucher to cover the CPIM exam with each paid registration of an PAN-APICS member. That's an added $125 value for each class!

CPIM WORKSHOP ENVIRONMENT: We are including many improvements, all part of the investment:
  • Expanding our instructor support to co-instructor teams for all sessions
  • Increasing our investment in instructor development
  • Expanding the learning tools to increase the skills and knowledge of the participants
  • Enhancing the workshop materials and learning environment
  • Increasing the involvement of the participants
  • Providing different options for completing the CPIM certification
  • Bringing the true experts to the classroom via video and interactive learning
  • Providing study group sessions if needed
  • And much, much more
