Detailed Scheduling and Planning

This course is one of five (5) that comprise the review for the internationally recognized CPIM (Certification in Production and Inventory Management) credential exams. It can be taken to review for the exam individually, or we can custom this or other related topics for delivery at your company's location.
The course reviews strategies, processes and terminology in Detailed Scheduling and Planning. In challenging times such as these, the skills and competencies covered in the course will help manage their critical "every day" responsibilities.
Detailed Scheduling and Planning is a 27-hour course. It consists of nine 3-hour modules (described below). The program will be delivered at a pace of one module per week to maximize learning reinforcement and provide time for readings, application and small group assignments.

This course is recommended for operations staff seeking CPIM, or those wanting additional skill development. Assignments, readings, and short assignments between weeks help reinforce these links and enhance learning retention.

The program fee includes tuition and learning materials. The fee is payable in advance upon confirmation of registration. To obtain the CPIM, there is a separate examination fee per course. The examination registration is handled by the individual.

Refund Policy
In the event a course is cancelled by CWD/PAN-APICS you will receive a full refund. If you wish to withdraw from the course you can request a refund. Your request must be received by phone or in person at Montgomery County Community College CWD office prior to the start of the course. Refunds will not be made once the course begins. To withdraw from a course please call 215-641-6397, Monday thru Friday between 8:30 AM and 4:30PM. Fees for learning materials are not refundable.

She has been an active member of the Philadelphia Chapter of APICS for over twenty (25) years, including holding the position of President four times.
Training Clients
Lee is an active instructor for CSCP and the CPIM program for the local APICS Chapter.
She has worked in a variety of functions within Operations Management including:
Quality, Purchasing, Engineering, Planning, shop supervision, warehousing. She has also implemented ERP Systems successfully.
