Art Hudson, CPIM, CSCP

A member of APICS for over 20 years and an instructor for 5 years, Art Hudson is currently the President and co-owner of Rapid Circuits, a circuit board manufacturing company addressing the prototype and preproduction requirements of their customer base. Throughout his career, Art has managed small and large-scale manufacturing and service operations. Learning to compete in a world economy, Art has dedicated his efforts to Process Excellence, Business Process Improvement and work class response to customer needs. He addressed these challenges by establishing quality initiatives, strategic and operational plans, handling organization change, improving productivity, and containing cost. These companies include Mobil Oil Corp. and Tyco Electronics.

Art holds an engineering degree from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and a MBA from New York University. He earned the CPIM, Certified in Production and Inventory Management, and was one in the first APICS members to earn the CSCP, Certified Supply Chain Professional. He currently instructs both certification courses for PAN-APICS.
