Andrew Yencha, CPIM, C.P.M.

Andrew is a PAN-APICS volunteer with fifteen years progressive management experience in manufacturing operations, production planning, inventory control, procurement, and logistics. He is the Operations Manager at Strobic Air Corporation, a specialized manufacturer of technologically advanced exhaust systems. Throughout his career he has served as Operations Manager, Plant Manager, Inventory Control Manager, and Materials Manager with various small to mid-size manufacturers in the pollution control and lighting industries. His achievements include leading Lean manufacturing initiatives resulting in cycle time and lead time reductions exceeding 75%, while focusing upon continuous improvement and quality.

Andrew holds a BS and an MBA from the Pennsylvania State University. He maintains current CPIM (Certified in Production and Inventory Management) certification through APICS, and is C.P.M. certified (Certified Purchasing Manager) by the Institute for Supply Management (ISM). He is Lean-Six Sigma certified by Drexel University. Andrew presently serves on the PAN-APICS Board of Directors as Vice President of Finance, and has been an APICS member since 1996.
